Naomh Éanna u12 hurlers had a real treat on Monday 12th May when Antrim captain Neil McManus and his brother John took a training session at the club.
Cushendall forward John kindly set up the session as the brothers who both play for Rauraí Óg were keen to give something back and support grass roots hurling in the county.

The boys absolutely loved it as they got the chance not only to meet our County’s captain; but benefit from a training session where they learnt some new skills; improved techniques and had great fun with their sporting hero.

Feedback from the boys was most positive as they commented ‘that was amazing’; ‘we were so excited’; and ‘best training session ever!’

Naomh Éanna would like to sincerely thank Neil and John for giving up their time and giving the boys such a fantastic opportunity. Special thanks for John for working to put things in place. Two absolute gentlemen!

Go raibh míle maith agaibh; bhí na pháiste iontach sásta; agus ádh mór oraibh!!
