Message from Simon McCrory
The big thing this year is helping the club develop a coaching strategy and vision to move forward. That can have aims such as increasing number of coaches, increasing recruitment of players, developing club school links or improving coach education within the club etc. Those are just a few examples. What we can help do is have everyone involved in a workshop, from that we can begin to set up what we believe the club need most, who’s responsibility this could be, in a particular time frame and get things done.
Antoin McCaffery and myself will be working alongside yourselves this year as we are in your allocated schools.
All stakeholders should be included, committee, coaches, some senior players, parents, basically anyone with an interest in moving the club forward at underage level.
All Coaches and Mentors to attend

On behalf of Ruairi Og I would like to thank County Coaches Eoghan Gribben and Dominic McKinley for delivering the work shops on Developing our Juvenile Club Structures. Over two Tuesday nights the coaches began working on planning for the future, and identifying Coaching courses to help with both coach and player pathway, improving Community and Club/School links. The lads had a great knack of teasing out the problems and more importantly solutions that ourselves and I’m sure many other clubs face. We look forward to the courses beginning again in the new year, So thank you again boys, Niall Kearney Juvenile Chairman.
